PICKY BARS...latest flavor is Moroccan Your World made with fragrant turmeric, cardamon, ginger, pistachio, golden raisins and currants-for spicy sweet blend that totally works-chewy texture courtesy of dates, almond butter and apricots.
on the left-Blueberry Vanilla Thrilla crispy brown rice cereal mixed with chewy dates, almond butter, blueberries and almonds. All Picky Bars are non-GMO, have about 200 calories and 7grams of protein and 28grams total carb...plus packaging is based off of customer photos.

Back in the day-skier fav hunger slayer Kate's Real Food Tram Bars (now made from delicious chewy peanut butter, sweet  milk chocolate-and a crispy crunchy trail mix-including organic dried dried bananas, organic dried apricots, organic raisins, organic sunflower seeds, organic sesame seeds) ) -were homemade by Kate Schade-and given out by fan/friend from mountain mecca Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Now-nifty packaging and new tasty flavor blends with same filling satisfying texture and sweet taste (organic honey) like fruity Tiki Bar (coconut, mango, cashew), Handle Bar (dark chocolate cherry almond), Stash Bar (peanut butter, dark chocolate with flax+hemp),  and smaller sized-Grizzly Bites (peanut butter dark chocolate trail mix) and Tram Bites.

Superfoods made from seeds (quinoa, flax, hemp) are having a moment in energy bars...another bar on the market with nutritious pops-Thrive GoMacro® Bars-plant based,  USDA Organic, non-GMO, gluten + soy free, kosher and vegan...plant based protein... less 200 calories too...with 3 grams of prebiotic fiber, 5 grams of protein. Interesting blends too -11 in all including nut free Sunflower butter+Chocolate and sesame Butter +Dates-not pictured-but we tried the Blueberry Lavender-totally worked the flower component was subtle. New GoMacro Everlasting Joy-coconut, almond butter and chocolate chips...270 calories, 10 grams of protein-but note 3.5 grams of saturated fat-and total fat of 11grms-organic almond butter is second ingredient and organic brown rice syrup is first.-Available on Amazon.

at the Fancy Food Show-nut free eats were big biz---we lost count how many nationwide food recalls there have been because allergens may have snuck into a food product...when true nut free offerings are made in select locales where there is no potential of contamination. VERMONT NUT FREE Chocolates products including tasty crunch chewy Tanabar granola bars-(available in 3 flavors Triple Berry, Chocolate Chip, and Sweet Raisin) came to life by a father with a son seriously allergic to peanut and tree nuts. Rolled oats, honey and sunflower seeds give all bars the basic crunchy sweetness-with wheat germ adding healthy nutrition. Note- not soy, wheat or dairy free.
also from Vermont Nut Free Chocolates-gourmet chocolates (of course), glammy pretzels, candy and trail mix...

Wella Bars are chewy textured bites of nougat like bars-made with peanuts, almonds, whole milk powder and dry egg whites delivering protein...and accordingly, should be refrigerated. We tried all flavors (:-) and the fav is the tangy Cranberry Crunch with fruity bits and brown rice crisps for satisfying bites-sweetened by honey. Widely available including Costco's and Sam's Clubs.

2 sizes...bonus points-BEE KIND Initiative receives portion of sales $ to enhance (save) honey bees.
